• What is auto-renew?

  Auto renew offers the convenience of automatic renewal of your prepaid mobile plan when it has reached the scheduled expiry date. This applies to our 3-in-1 bundles and our data-only plans. As long as you have sufficient credit for renewal, your new bundle will be activated automatically.

• Why do you have auto-renew?

  We’d like you to enjoy uninterrupted mobile service at the best rates for data and minutes. With auto-renew we take the hassle out of remembering activation codes and your bundle expiry date. The only thing left to monitor is your usage, which you can check anytime by sending BUNDLE VAL to 3636. With the ability to stop auto-renew at any time, you have total control.

• Will all prepaid plans automatically renew?

  Yes, all 3-in-1 data bundles and data-only plans renew automatically.

• What if I don’t have enough money in my account?

  If you don’t have sufficient funds to auto-renew, we won’t be able to process your new bundle activation. When this happens you will be notified that your renewal was not processed due to insufficient funds. Renewal will not be attempted again and pay as you go rates per MB, minute & SMS will apply until you manually activate a new plan by SMS.

• Can I stop the auto-renew process?

  Yes.

  SMS your original activation command + the word STOP to 3636 to stop auto-renew.
  For example, to stop Auto-renew for the BM bundle, send BM STOP.

  Send the command before the expiry date of your plan to discontinue automatic renewal.

• What code do I send to stop the auto-renew process?

  
  The auto-renew process can be cancelled at any time before your plan expires.

• What if I want to activate a different bundle?

  First cancel auto-renew before the expiry of your plan.

  To cancel auto-renew, SMS your original activation command + the word STOP to 3636 to stop auto-renew.
  For example, to stop Auto-renew for the BM bundle, send BM STOP.

  Then, when you current plan has expired, SMS the activation code of your plan of choice to activate a new bundle. Until you activate your new bundle, our pay as you go rates per MB, minute & SMS will apply.

• What if I need more data or minutes before my 3-in-1 data bundle reaches its expiry date?

  You may continue using your phone as-needed with our pay-as-you-go rates per MB, minute & SMS. For more affordable rates, you can buy extra data or minutes with our data and voice add-ons. SMS to activate an add-on anytime, anywhere. See our add-on options at www.uts-ec.com Adding additional minutes or data to your plan is not possible with our data only plans.

• Will stopping auto-renew for one plan stop it every time I purchase that plan?

  No, you will need to stop the auto-renew after every purchase.

• How can I check my plan expiry date?

  For 3-in-1 bundles SMS BUNDLE VAL to 3636 to receive a system message with the details of your current bundle, including your expiry date.

• How can I check how much data, minutes or SMS I have left?

  SMS BUNDLE VAL to 3636 to receive a system message with the details of your current bundle, including your remaining balances.

• What happens if I try to buy another plan before my current plan auto-renews?

  You will receive a message advising that you already have an active bundle. If you need additional data or minutes before the expiry date of your bundle, you can buy extra data or minutes with our affordable add-ons. SMS to activate an add-on anytime, anywhere. See our add-on options at www.uts-ec.com. With our data only plans you cannot buy additional data or minutes. To connect to mobile internet you must activate a new plan.

• Will my plan renew when I use all the data allowance in my plan?

  No, auto-renew is based on the expiration date of your plan and not the usage amount. If you run out of data or minutes earlier in your 3-in-1 bundle, you can buy more with our affordable data & minute add-ons. See options at www.uts-ec.com. With our data only plans you cannot buy additional data or minutes. To connect to mobile internet you must activate a new plan.
